PROCESSING TIME
The order processing time might take up to 2 days due to a large number of orders. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.
Please allow the following estimated delivery times:
- Germany: 1-3 days
- Europe: 3-6 days
- USA & Canada: 6-14 days
- To other international locations: 5-14 days
DUTIES AND TAXES
Shipping to the Europe and United States
Shipping within the US is free of sales tax. There are no other taxes or import duties applied to the packages that are shipped within the United States.
DELAYS
In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.
